Institute for Geoinformatics, University of Munster The english language Masters Program in Geoinformatics provides excellent graduate education. Because there is much more to Geoinformatics than geographic information systems, we provide strong education in semantics, statistics, geodata infrastuctures and ubiquitous computing. With this education, students are well prepared for the future and have a strong competitive advantage in the job market. Our goal is to train students in the most advanced techniques in geographic information processing. Building on an B.Sc. in Geoinformatics or a related discipline, the Master program will further develop the students' problem solving skills, analytic abilities and teach progressive creative scientific research methods.
